The Patriots came out flying on Thanksgiving Monday, treating the home crowd to a 7 to 0 shutout victory over the Georgetown Raiders at Westwood Arena.
Ryan and Bazunov led the way offensively with two goals each, while Hall, O’Neill and Valette added singles to round out the scoring.
Between the pipes, Meredith delivered an outstanding performance in his Patriots debut, stopping all 26 shots he faced to record a shutout and help the Patriots secure a convincing victory.
Seven goals on the scoreboard and nothing past Meredith made for a perfect Thanksgiving Monday at Westwood.
The Patriots will look to carry that momentum into next Saturday’s matchup against the Caledon Admirals, back on home ice.
From everyone in the Patriots organization, Happy Thanksgiving!
