Patriots Earn 41st Win with 8 to 2 School Day Victory
The Patriots put on a show at Everest Academy, skating to an 8 to 2 win over the Oakville Blades in front of a packed school day crowd. Collins and S. Howard led the way with two goals apiece, while Lodoen, Bazunov, Cummins, and Giacalone each found the back of the net.
Caracciolo started the game and turned aside 24 of 26 shots. In the third period, Head Coach Vince Bellissimo made the call to Demetri Stokes, who stopped all nine shots he faced to close out the victory.
The win marks the Patriots’ 41st of the season as they now turn their attention to a Friday night matchup with the Leamington Flyers.8-2
